Your privacy choices

You are always in control of your information in Chronic. Specifically:

• We do not sell or "share" your personal information as those terms are defined under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of on that front.
• Access and portability - request a copy of your data.
• Correction - fix inaccurate profile or health information.
• Deletion - delete your account and associated data, subject to medical record-keeping obligations.
• Withdraw consent - disconnect any connected wearable source or revoke consent for optional processing at any time in the app.

How to make a request

Email privacy@chronic.md from your account address, or use the in-app Care channel. We verify the request against your account and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
