Check a provider against your card

Paste what is printed on the card, or pick the TPA and tier. Pick a tier and the list narrows to the facilities actually on it. Confirm before you travel.

    What this is

A searchable index of the UAE provider networks we can obtain as official files - every major TPA and insurer list we have been able to download or receive, broken out by tier, city and individual campus.

Not by brand. By campus. "Is Saudi German on my insurance" has no answer; "is this specific Saudi German hospital on NAS Value Lite, for outpatient" does. That is the question this answers.

    What it is built from

Official TPA and insurer network workbooks and locator exports - the same spreadsheets your HR team gets and the same locator data the insurers publish. Nothing here is scraped from a forum, crowdsourced, or guessed.

Every network carries its own source date, shown on the network's page, because these files are issued at wildly different intervals. Some are weeks old. Some are a couple of years old, and we label them that way rather than quietly presenting them as current. How this data is built is the long version, including how we match and deduplicate campuses.

    What it is not

It is not a table of benefits. A tick here means the facility appeared on the ingested network file for that tier - not that your plan pays, not that the copay is low, not that the drug is on formulary, and not that a pre-approval will be granted.

Network membership and coverage are separate systems that disagree regularly. In-network is not the same as covered is the guide to read before you rely on anything here.

    How to use the checker

    1. Paste what is printed on the card - insurer, TPA and network name - or pick the TPA and tier by hand. The card guide explains which line matters.
    2. Search the exact facility, not the group. Then read the right row: inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy and dental are separate ticks and often disagree.
    3. Confirm before you travel. Call the facility's insurance desk with your member ID. How to check before you go has the script.
